The message is that no matter what job you are in, safety rules and health is equally important. The visual ads shows an example of a stewardess which was based on my past working experience and it does not mean that we only had one job because we had to learn other jobs aspects as well. Therefore, the copy ads means that all 3 airlines are the same even for other jobs out there.
